How to borrow

Borrowing books
A valid library membership is needed to borrow books. Books are loaned for a period of 4 weeks, and they can be renewed two times, unless there is an outstanding hold on the item.
Items can be renewd in person, by phone, via e-mail, in our digital catalogue after signing in or in the Qulto eCard application on smartphone or tablet.

If borrowed items are not returned until the end of the loaning period, and it is not renewed, the library member has to pay overdue fines. Every member is warned about the end of a loaning period via e-mail generated by our digital loaning system.

Overdue fines have to be payed regardless of discounted membership.
